A Litlle Bit About Me
Spreading awareness about being active and fit is an important start to becoming physically active. Because we are all busier than ever, it can be difficult to squeeze physical activity or regular exercise in our demanding schedules. Yes, it takes a little effort and planning but it is not impossible. We just have to change our way of thinking because years of sedentary or irregular habits do not happen overnight. That is a major reason for creating this blog. I would love for this blog to be a tool for anyone who is interested in physical activity to use or share with others.
When I started my fitness journey in 2011, my work-family life was very demanding. I simply started walking in the park while my child was at soccer practice 2- 3 times a week for 1 hour in order to reduce my stress level and I have been walking one step at a time ever since.
