Exercises to Kick Off The New Year

Exercises:

1. Calf Raises 3 sets of 10
2. Leg Raises 3 sets of 10
3. Chair Squats 3 sets of 10
4. Modified Push Ups
5. Front Raise 3 sets of 10
6. Leg lifts 3 sets of 10
7. Leg Raise Hold 3 sets for 1 minute each (rest in-between each minute)

Happy New Years Eve!! I wanted to end this year with a light workout that can help boost you into the new year. These exercises require no equipment and can be done anywhere in your home. For an added challenge you can do unmodified squats and push ups. Additionally, the leg lifts can be done while lying down on your back rather than sitting on a couch. Many of these exercises can be modified to accommodate to your level of expertise.

*If you are unable to finish all the sets then you can adjust the number of reps. For example, you can do 3 sets of 8 instead of 10 if you are unable to finish 10 for 3 rounds. If you want to push yourself then you can raise the amount of reps for each exercise.
